3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed on the website are in British Pounds (GBP, £).

• Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which you have already received a Order Confirmation email.

• We accept payments via major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and express checkout options (Apple Pay, Google Pay) processed securely through Stripe.

• Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

6. Right to Cancel and Returns (UK Consumer Rights)

• Cancellation Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your items to notify us that you wish to return your order.

• Non-Returnable Items: Customised or personalised goods, downloadable digital assets, and sealed items unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Original shipping fees will be refunded at the standard shipping rate.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015:

• Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or a replacement free of charge, including any return postage costs incurred.
